About IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Wilfred's College of Arts, Commerce and Science has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The IQAC plays a vital role in promoting and sustaining a culture of quality in both academic and administrative practices of the institution.
Quality enhancement is a continuous process. The IQAC works systematically towards planning, guiding, monitoring, and reviewing quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, research, extension activities, and institutional governance. Through effective coordination and participation of all stakeholders, the IQAC supports the overall development and continuous improvement of the institution.

Role of IQAC
The IQAC acts as a driving force for quality enhancement in the institution. It ensures coordination among departments, promotes participation of stakeholders, and supports continuous improvement to meet the changing needs of higher education.

- Promote quality enhancement through internalization of a quality culture and best practices
- Create a quality-driven, learner-centric teaching and learning environment
- Ensure continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and evaluation processes
- Enhance coordination among academic and administrative activities
- Encourage innovation, research, and extension activities
- Provide a sound basis for informed decision-making through systematic review and feedback
- Maintain proper documentation of institutional processes and quality initiatives
- Support academic excellence and overall institutional growth
- Develops and implements quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities
- Promotes learner-centric and innovative teaching–learning practices
- Collects and analyzes feedback from stakeholders for quality improvement
- Organizes workshops, seminars, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs)
- Documents quality initiatives and best practices
- Monitors academic and administrative performance
- Acts as the nodal agency for accreditation and quality assurance
- Prepares and submits the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC
