Area of Interest: Dr. Behera's main interests are the behavior of electrodynamics of high latitude ionosphere in response to energetic particle precipitation, the process of acceleration of charged particles at inner magnetosphere due to wave-particle interactions and climatic consequences of such precipitated particles at high latitude.
